Working in the commercial medical assistance industry for 20 years, he set up Goldfinch single-handedly in 1999.

Sam commenced her career in the assistance industry on leaving school. Working her way up from office junior with RBS she progressed through accounts to a senior role in provider accounts management at Green Flag. She became involved in the medical industry managing a private clinic for 5 years before returning to the assistance industry as Operations Director at Goldfinch.
